1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "zetbaj", "we", "us", "our" refers to the zetbaj platform and its operating entity.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same personal details, different identities, or shared devices — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

zetbaj reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

5. Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your zetbaj username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any action taken using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated it.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. zetbaj does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges which are outside zetbaj's control.

zetbaj reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where it has reason to believe the payment is fraudulent, associated with a compromised payment method, or in violation of these terms.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. This anti-money-laundering control ensures that funds are returned directly to their source and cannot be redirected to third-party accounts.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Typically within 30 minutes, subject to zetbaj verification checks.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days.

• The bet was placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• Odds or game parameters were published in error due to a technical fault.
